Hello,
I'm Neill.
This is my homepage, blog, and personal little corner of the internet. What's it about? I'm not entirely sure. Let's find out together.
A bit about me.
I'm an "AI Architect", a title that carries with it a certain uncertainty of purpose. I spend my days figuring out how to help people use LLMs (primarily) to improve tedious processes. I do my best to stay as current as humanly possible on the latest capabilities and developments.
I find myself both fascinated and deeply troubled by the rapid advance of capability, with seemingly zero concern from the major labs, industry, and nation-states. Even if some are paying lip service to safety, the will to act seems non-existent.
experiments
The Experiments link at the top brings you to some random projects on an external site. They might be broken. They might be weird. But they're definitely mine.
I'm not very happy with the experiments page right now. I feel like it needs less grimdark and more explanation.
If you want to explore it, the hard question is the only one I spent any time on. I just loved the idea of having a difficult question to answer every day, then following up by comparing my answer to excerpts from philosophy.
